Philosophy

Our philosophy is based on three things..

LOCAL AND FRESH PRODUCTS, with fish and seafood from the depths of Mykonian and Aegean waters caught
by Panagiotis, Fanouris, Kokkinos, Marco Polo, Pantelis and many other
friends and fishermen from Fournous and Ikaria. Seasonal vegetables from
Samos, Syros and Mykonos, carefully picked cuts of meat , Mykonian
ksinotiro and kopanisti cheese along with desserts which derive from the
local tradition.

COOKING WITH RESPECT TO PRODUCTS AND TRADITION.

RESPECT TOWARDS THE CUSTOMER, we try to create as many emotions as we can through our service, dishes and the atmosphere.
