Our philosophy is based on the triptych…
Native and fresh raw materials, with fish and seafood from the bottom of Mykonos from Fanουris, Kokkinos, Marco Polo, Pantelis, and friends from Fournoi and Ikaria. Vegetables from Samos, Siros and Mykonos, pickled meats, xyotyotyros and copan Mykonos, sweet from the tradition of the place.
Cooking with respect to tradiotion and to material. We pay attension to the customer, trying to provoke as much emotion as we can either from service, food and atmosphere.
Finally, you’ll find the largest collection of ouzo and tsipouro in Greece.
